By creating an account, connecting your wallet, or interacting with the ArtSquid marketplace, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them.
You must be at least 18 years old to use ArtSquid. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
ArtSquid provides a space for users to mint, buy, sell, and trade NFTs. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
All NFT transactions on ArtSquid are executed via public blockchain networks. ArtSquid does not control or reverse transactions once confirmed on the blockchain. Transaction fees (“gas fees”) are paid directly to the blockchain network and are non-refundable.
Artists retain ownership of their original creations. By minting and listing NFTs on ArtSquid, you grant us a limited license to display and promote your artwork on our platform and marketing materials.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use any NFT content without proper authorization from the rightful owner.
ArtSquid may charge fees for transactions or listings. All fees are clearly displayed before confirming any transaction. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure at any time, with notice provided on the platform.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities. Users may also delete their account at any time by contacting our support team.
ArtSquid may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
